GENERAL TERMS OF SALE ONLINE                           

These general terms and conditions of sale are intended to facilitate commercial transactions between FHOREX. and its online customers at, and enter into force on 24 September 2015.


1 -  Conditions of Supply

1.1 - Our Terms of Sale are unique and valid and cannot be modified. They prevail over customers' Terms of Purchase.

        When processing the order, you will automatically receive an email specifying the requested items, delivery costs, payment terms, selected shipping, and cancellation policy in writing. The purchase contract shall be deemed to have been concluded only after the delivery of the goods. We will store all information about your orders after the conclusion of the contract. If you lose information about your orders, please contact us by email, fax or phone. we will send you a copy of this data. You can correct any information of your order, but only before it is dispatched. Please use the contact form or send an email.


2 - Prices

2.1 - The prices shown already include VAT at the rate in force.

2.2 - The prices of products marketed by us are those that are in force at the time the order is received and accepted by our commercial service.

2.3 - The price list may change without notice. In this case, it will be communicated to the customer upon confirmation of the order for its approval.


3 - Orders

3.1 - Orders will be considered after formal receipt of the order, via online store.

3.2 - Orders that are pending for a period of more than 30 days for reasons outside FHOREX will be cancelled.


4 - Terms of payment

4.1 - Payment of 100% at confirmation of order.

4.2 - Payment by ATM Credit Card or Bank Transfer.

              4.2.1 - HIPAY , ATM or Credit Card:

              Once you have chosen the credit card as payment method, please click « Buy » . Then you will be redirected to a secure page where you can choose your credit card type. At the end, you will need to enter the valid credit card information and confirm the payment. The money will be debited from your bank account after formalizing the order.

              4.2.2 - Bank transfers: 

              Payment must be made to the bank account indicated by us. Be sure to enter your customer number and the reference number you received by email. Your order will be processed immediately upon receipt of the payment. Do not forget that a bank transfer can take up to 3 working days which delays transportation. In case you do not receive any payment on our bank account within 14 business days, the order will be automatically cancelled.


5 - Delivery and Delivery Times

5.a Delivery

       5.a.1 - The transport of goods is the responsibility of FHOREX.

       5.a.2 - At the time of delivery, the customer must examine the order in order to verify its compliance with the respective order and with the invoice document, using silence as the reception and tactical acceptance of the same. As proof of compliance, the customer must sign the carrier’s guide.

5.b Deadlines for Personal Deliveries                         

       5.b.1 - In Mainland Portugal Fhorex guarantees delivery of the existing merchandise in stock in 48 hours ( Business days )  after good charge.

       5.b.2 - Archipelagos of the Azores or Madeira, guarantees the delivery of the existing merchandise in stock in 15 business days after good charge.

       5.b.3 - Fhorex is not responsible for the delay in the delivery of goods when such a delay is due to any occurrence to which the delay is due to any occurrence to which Fhorex is unrelated.


6 - Returns Policy /  Cancellation 

6.1 - Any order agreement made through the FHOREX website may be freely terminated by " USER " within 14 days from the date of the order or receipt of the order as provided in Article 6Law No 143/2001 of April 26 and republished by Decree-Law No 82/2008 of May 20, and whose reading is not exempt.

6.2 - For the purposes of the preceding paragraph, the " USER " shall inform FHOREX within the stated period of its intention to terminate the contract, unequivocally and always in writing, with an obligation, within the same period, to return the order to FHOREX, if it has already been sent to you or delivered to you, you should contact our customer service by email at

6.3 - Returns of special products or refined colors are not accepted.

6.4 - Credits issued in the form of credit notes have legal value only after receipt of the duplicate signed and stamped by the customer.

6.5 - The return process is simple, varying according to provenance, so the " USELZADOR " should contact FHOREX beforehand, through the address RUA DE ITÁLIA Nº 3 Zona Industrial Gil Vaz, 7350-478 ELVAS , or through the email

6.6 - If it is found, after careful analysis, that the product/equipment was subjected to misuse, there will be no acceptance of complaint.


7 - Personal Data                         

7.1 - The user authorizes FHOREX to process in an authorized way the personal data provided by the purchase order.


8 - Guarantee 

8.1 - If it is found, after careful analysis, that the product/equipment has been subjected to misuse, there will be no acceptance of complaint. 


9 - Environmental Protection

9.1 - The terms of the European and National regulations, some products marketed by FHOREX have limited use. Such products may only be applied under special conditions and by professionals. Thus, FHOREX disclaims any liability if such products are used in other circumstances, and the Customer is solely responsible for the consequences of unauthorised use.


10 - Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

10.1 - These General Conditions are governed by the provisions of these General Conditions and, in the case of omissions, by the provisions of the Portuguese Laws. For any matter relating to the interpretation or execution of these General Conditions, the User and FHOREX expressly agree to submit their assessment to the Courts or competent entities in accordance with applicable law.

10.2 - In accordance with Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013, FHOREX users will be able to access the European Union’s online dispute resolution platform to resolve consumer disputes.
